The Toyota EX-7 was presented in 1970, at the Tokyo Motor Show. This fully operational styling exercise was powered by a centrally mounted 5-liter V8 mated to a 5-speed Aishin. The body had a unique way of opening: The sides were integrated to the roof and it was electrically raised to allow access to the seats.
